CLD and AIE have applied the RTI Rating to various sub-national entities, such as provinces, states and overseas territories. CLD and AIE have also applied the RTI Rating tool to four international frameworks for access to information, the Organisation of American States’ Model Inter-American Law on Access to Information, the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights’ Model Law on Access to Information for Africa, the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents and the European Union’s Regulation 1049. The results are detailed below.
